How Does It Work?

Provide us your location: We deliver anywhere in the State of Iowa! Our Delivery and Pick Up rates are based on the distance between our stores and your location.
Tell us when you need it: We offer flexible scheduling to ensure you have your equipment rental when you need it.
Give us a call when you’re done: When you are finished with the equipment rental, contact us to stop your rental time and schedule for pick up!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you automatically pick up equipment at the end of the rental time that is listed on the contract?

No, we do not automatically pick up equipment. You must call us for your rental equipment to be picked up. When you call us to pick up your rental equipment, we will provide you a call-off number and your rental time will stop at this time.

What does the Delivery/Pick Up price include?

The standard Delivery charge includes both Delivery and Pick Up to a job-site, loading dock, or curbside. The equipment must be in the location that it was dropped-off at or additional fees will apply.

How soon will the equipment be picked up after I call?

Depending on our truck and driver availability, we strive to pickup the equipment within 48 hours of the call-off time.

If I picked up the rental equipment from your store but I am not able to return it to you, are you able to pick up instead?

If you would like a one-way Delivery and/or Pick Up, you will only be charged the one-way trip; 50% of the normal Delivery/Pick Up rate.

Can you move equipment to another job-site while it is still on rent?

Yes, the equipment will continue to stay on rent to you and we will charge you an hourly hauling rate to move the equipment from one job-site to another job-site if needed.
