Small Engine Mechanic – Join a Growing Team!
Black Hawk Rental / Black Hawk Equipment of Cedar Falls is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Small Engine Mechanic to support our expanding customer base!
About the Role
As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will work with a wide range of equipment while interacting with a diverse group of customers—from homeowners to professionals in construction, agriculture, commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment
- Service a variety of rental and customer-owned equipment
- Support equipment preparation for rental and sale
- Provide excellent service and technical support to customers
- Work with rental, landscaping, industrial, and construction equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or working knowledge of small engines and power equipment
- Familiarity with rental, landscaping, industrial, or construction equipment (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset
